Kimberly Edds

My name is Kimberly Edds (formerly Michelena) and I am running for the Board of Directors for the Yorba Linda Villages Homeowners Association.

I have been an owner in our community for 10 years and the recent activity by the HOA Board, our property managers, and our contractors have made it unequivocally clear that we need a change in leadership that puts our community members first.

We are all equal members – and we must all be treated equally.

We need leadership focused on:

I am a former investigative reporter with more than 12 years experience as a crisis communications expert for law enforcement. I understand what it takes to uncover the truth and demand accountability.

That’s exactly what our community needs – and we need it now.

I respectfully ask your support for my candidacy for the HOA Board of Directors.

Kimberly

Previous Experience – Served 4 years (maybe 5) previously on a HOA Board of Directors, including 1 year as President.

Long Term Goals:

My only ask: - Continue holding that fire to my feet to deliver everything mentioned and consider Giving as much as in Asking

Thank You

Art Darien

Hello Everyone,

My name is Art Darien, and I am running for the Yorba Linda Villages Board of Directors. I am employed as a Senior Research Chemist. My decision to run is based upon the lack of transparency, accountability, respect, and community interaction that our current Board has shown. Being a Board Member means not only listening to the homeowners; but allowing everyone to have a voice and have it respected. It is also important in this role to understand our Finances/Budget, and be able to responsibly manage and maintain the finances of our Community.

My goals for the community are:

There are many things that can bring discomfort/stress to our lives. Having an HOA Board that ignores the voices and wishes of the majority of the members should not be one of those.

Thanks,

Art Darien
